For Thunder Energy UK, a solar energy company, I designed and developed their e-commerce website from scratch using Wix Studio and Velo. The project included full frontend development, API testing and integration planning, UI/UX design, product setup, and custom form workflows. I implemented a solar calculator tool using JavaScript and PVGIS API to help users estimate savings and energy production based on ZIP code.
In addition to the core website, I prepared a scalable backend structure to support future automation for plant monitoring via Hoymiles APIs. The design was tailored to a niche energy market, with localized content and a clean, high-conversion layout. Technical documentation, client training, and responsive adjustments were also part of the delivery.
